My family’s situation is currently a delicate and complicated one. Dan came out to our house before I realized that my daughter had already made a commitment with another air conditioner service man. Dan came out to our home on the same day I called, within a few hours and listened to all my issues with our air conditioning. He checked everything out and even climbed up into our tight, yucky attic to take a look at the air handler, etc. He was so willing to help us out in the best way he could and the best way that we could currently afford to get us cooled down in this almost constant south Florida heat. He did this without using the typical force-feed high-sales pitches to try to convince me to buy an entire new system outright and on the spot, if you know what I mean. (yes, it is indeed true that we need a new system but can not possibly afford one at this time.)
In the mean time, he was willing to help get us cooled down in whatever way he could until we could get a new system. He didn’t even charge me for the visit, time and estimate after I called and explained that my daughter had already made previous arrangements. I was willing to pay for the visit.
I would recommend Dan in a heart beat! he is beyond decent. he is generous, patient, kind, understanding and a good listener! He is very professional and full of integrity. he is also very good at explaining things in a way that can be understood by laymen/laywomen. 🙂
Christina was the one who i first spoke with on the phone. she was very professional as well but also very personable, knowledgeable and a joy to speak with. Thank you Christina. You are the first person people come into contact with representing the company. You do them a wonderful service in making a potential customer actually feel welcomed and ready to be helped. HOPE is the word that comes to mind! 🙂
