We had an A/C installed last summer by Dan Olson's A/C. Very pleasant experience the owner is very hands on to make sure you're satisfied and the you're getting the best deal. His prices beat 4 other quotes we received. They were also able to start the job the next day which was awesome since it was so hot last summer. The office staff I felt was very cheerful and this made my experience that much better. They really seemed to care about my situation and offered various payment options. Thanks again Dan and would highly recommend you to my friends and family.

This is the best company I have dealt with. Christina called me from her home to make sure my A/C was working properly. THAT is impressive. She knew my problem immediately and told me how to fix the problem rather than having to send someone out. She was kind enough to alert me that my A/C needed regular service. Sean Dunn came out,on time and was very professional and helpful. He did the whole service and the charge for the service was very reasonable. I applaud this company on their training and the dedication of their employees. I recommend Don Olson company for all of your heating or A/C services. (They do not pay me either)

My AC unit was leaking water onto bedroom carpet. I was in panic mode. I called Dan and he assured me he would send someone over by the end of the day, with an air mover. True to his word he sent Doug, who was extremely thorough in his repair. He suggested we check my downstairs neighbors unit, too, since we share the line. All was good with no further problems. He was efficient, professional and explained everything that he did in detail. So very pleased! Thank you all, especially Bree, in the office who kept me calm.

My 5 br house unit was over 13 yrs old. The upstairs 4 bedrooms were always warm. There was nothing wrong with the windows, insulation, ducts the compressor nor the return unit. My kids complaints that they were always warmer upstairs than the rest of the house, miserably was true. . Finally the compressor broke, that same day, Dan installed a new compressor. My upstairs finally was cool, the whole house felt better, and my electric bill dropped by around $55. He explained that my former Trane unit was an oversized 4 Ton. With the smaller "right sized" unit my air was properly cooled, dehumidified, and circulated properly. I wish I replaced that unit years earlier. the RIGHT Size does matter with AC. Don't be misled by an earnest salesman overselling you on a larger unit. Its not worth it to believe your are getting a better system. Engineering numbers don't lie, slick upselling salesmen do.

We are writing this testimonial today as a way to let Dan, Christina, and Grant at Dan Olson A/C how EXTREMELY pleased we are with the service they have given us. Today is July 3rd and of course, right before a holiday, our A/C stopped working. We called Dan Olson A/C at 8:00 in the morning, we had no appointment and somehow Christina found a way to get our air conditioner fixed. The unit is only 4 years old so it was still under warranty but the warranty company could not get the part that we needed until after the July 4th holiday. My wife is having some health issues so being without A/C just won't work for us. Dan found a suitable solution to our problem for virtually the same price as thewarranty and got the job done within hours as opposed to days if we would have had to wait for the warranty company to get us the part. Today it is in the 90's so one can imagine what it is like without air conditioning.
My wife and I simply could not be more pleased with the service that we received from Dan Olson A/C!!!!! We would not even consider going somewhere else for our yearly preventative maintenance check ups, and it goes without saying that if/when we ever have mechanical issues there is no way that we would use another company.
We highly recommend Dan Olson A/C for all of your air conditioning needs and we can never say thank you enough times to Dan, Christina, and Grant for helping us out of the huge jam we were in

Dan came out to give me a very reasonable quote for replacing my AC. Brendon & Mario arrived promptly the next day before 9AM. They were quick and efficient both Really Nice Guys!!!. I am sure their won't be any problems, but if one did arise I am confident these people will make it RIGHT!!!!!

We had an issue with my a/c and they came out right away and were honest about what was needed. Most people that I speak to are not happy with their current service contractor, let me tell you that I have never been let down. These are the guys to use! I have used them for 5 years and have referred them numerous times with no complaints at all. I must say that I was shocked that they were able to fix it instead of trying to talk us into a new one being that it is already 10 years old!. So Pleased!

My family's situation is currently a delicate and complicated one. Dan came out to our house before I realized that my daughter had already made a commitment with another air conditioner service man. Dan came out to our home on the same day I called, within a few hours and listened to all my issues with our air conditioning. He checked everything out and even climbed up into our tight, yucky attic to take a look at the air handler, etc. He was so willing to help us out in the best way he could and the best way that we could currently afford to get us cooled down in this almost constant south Florida heat. He did this without using the typical force-feed high-sales pitches to try to convince me to buy an entire new system outright and on the spot, if you know what I mean. (yes, it is indeed true that we need a new system but can not possibly afford one at this time.)
In the mean time, he was willing to help get us cooled down in whatever way he could until we could get a new system. He didn't even charge me for the visit, time and estimate after I called and explained that my daughter had already made previous arrangements. I was willing to pay for the visit. I would recommend Dan in a heart beat! he is beyond decent. he is generous, patient, kind, understanding and a good listener! He is very professional and full of integrity. he is also very good at explaining things in a way that can be understood by laymen/laywomen. 🙂 Christina was the one who i first spoke with on the phone. she was very professional as well but also very personable, knowledgeable and a joy to speak with. Thank you Christina. You are the first person people come into contact with representing the company. You do them a wonderful service in making a potential customer actually feel welcomed and ready to be helped. HOPE is the word that comes to mind! 🙂 Thank you!

The new A/C unit you guys installed is really great! Not only is it much quieter than the 10 year old unit it replaced, but it is saving me a lot on my electric.
